IP Addressing
The standard package comes with 5 public IP addresses, but additional IPs are available for no charge with proper justification.
Service Level Agreements
Our availability goal is 99.99% reliability across our network. For each hour of downtime that you experience each month, you will receive a credit of 1 day on your next invoice. Our Time to Repair goal is 4 hours. In the event of a service outage, if we do not repair your service within 4 hours, you are eligible for a 10% credit on your next invoice. The total credit each month cannot exceed the monthly recurring cost of the service.
Thirty Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not fully satisified with our service, you can cancel within the first 30 days for a full refund of installation and monthly service fees and we will cancel your service agreement.
