Packet Foundry Smart Buildings are buildings that are pre-wired for service. This allows us to easily and quickly turn up your new service within 1 business day.
Voice
We offer two types of voice services: Hosted PBX and analog line. Hosted PBX allows you to use a SIP phone with our service. Using a SIP phone gives you all of the features of a traditional phone system without the large up front cost and setup hassle. Analog lines allow you to connect your existing phone system or corded/cordless phone without having to purchase a SIP phone.
Hosted PBX costs $34.95/phone per month and includes unlimited inbound calls, unlimited local calls and 1000 minutes of long distance calls per month (additional minutes cost $.04/minute).
Analog lines costs $34.95/line per month and include unlimited inbound calls, unlimited local calls and 1000 minutes of long distance calls per month (additional minutes cost $.04/minute).
Fax
We do not offer a traditional analog line for fax service. Instead, we offer an inbound fax to email service with unlimited monthly faxes for $9.95/month per line.
Internet
We offer dedicated Ethernet Internet access with 4 symmetric speeds: 1.5Mbps ($49.95), 3.0Mbps ($89.95), 5.0Mbps ($129.95) and 10.0Mbps ($239.95). There is no installation fee and service includes 1 static IP address.
